The date of the Constitutional Court’s decision concerning mortgages denominated in foreign currency is uncertain, a top court official told MTI on Thursday, after Figyelo weekly reported online that a ruling would be made in the next few days.Botond Bitskey, the court’s chief secretary, said that the initiative for a review had arrived at the end of November and the judge assessing the case was in the process of dealing with it.
