Who we areOCNAHN™ was formed on July 25, 1991, almost twenty years after NAHN was chartered. Again, the rationale for the organization had to do with a need to provide a forum for Hispanic nurses who were not having their professional need met by educational and professional institutions Membership is open to all nurses, nursing students and those interested in nursing. Our chapter is designed and committed to the improvement of health and quality nursing care for all consumers. OC NAHN™ works toward providing equal access to educational, professional, and economic opportunities for Hispanic nurses.
